“He is one of the best players I have seen and I will love to play with him again and again. He is so good and ge always finds me in the pitch”-Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al Nassr to offer Man Utd star stunning £50m-a-year deal to convince him to leave.

Al Nassr is reportedly ready to tempt a Manchester United player with a whopping £50 million annually to switch to the Saudi Pro League. Despite Manchester United’s recent 3-0 victory over West Ham, they find themselves eight points behind the top four in a turbulent season under Erik ten Hag’s leadership. With Sir Jim Ratcliffe and Ineos poised to take control at Old Trafford, significant changes are anticipated in the upcoming months. Raphael Varane is among those expected to depart, as his contract expires this season and Manchester United has opted not to extend it.

While Varane is open to staying at United, the club is pushing for a new contract with reduced terms from his current £350,000 per week salary. Consequently, Varane seems destined to leave United as a free agent at the end of the season. Reports suggest that Varane could potentially earn even more than his current wage if he agrees to join Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia, with rumors swirling that the club is willing to offer him £50 million per year.

The allure of reuniting with former teammate Cristiano Ronaldo, who made a groundbreaking move to Al Nassr in January 2023, could sway Varane’s decision. Ronaldo’s transfer sparked interest in the Saudi league, leading to the recruitment of other stars like Sadio Mane and Aymeric Laporte. Meanwhile, Manchester United is eyeing defensive reinforcements for the summer, with Jean-Clair Todibo and Jarrod Branthwaite reportedly on their radar.
