Jose Mourinho has become manager of shocking Premier League club today! They’ve sacked their manager and replaced him with Mourinho!

Following a series of disappointing results leading to Roma’s plummet to ninth place in the Serie A standings, Jose Mourinho’s departure from the Stadio Olimpico after two and a half years was announced, despite his public declaration of wanting to stay with the club.

While reports indicate Mourinho’s current lack of concrete plans post-Roma, it’s anticipated that he will field numerous offers in the near future. Although there have been speculations linking Mourinho to potential returns to the Premier League with Chelsea or Newcastle United, these moves are deemed improbable at this juncture.

Chelsea’s ownership seems committed to giving current head coach Mauricio Pochettino more time despite fan backlash, and Newcastle appears inclined to support their beleaguered manager, Eddie Howe, amidst squad injury challenges.

With Mourinho’s prior interest in managing in Saudi Arabia, it’s speculated he could receive offers from the Saudi Pro League come summer if he remains unattached. While Al Hilal had previously extended a tempting offer, their current managerial stability suggests no imminent change.

Nonetheless, clubs like Al Ahli and Al Nassr, where Cristiano Ronaldo is active, might consider Mourinho for managerial roles. Additionally, Mourinho could explore opportunities in international management, especially with vacancies expected after Euro 2024 and the Copa America leading up to the 2026 World Cup.

Reportedly, Mourinho is open to the notion of managing the England national team if Gareth Southgate departs post-Euros, although Southgate has expressed his intention to continue in his role.
